About

MSAOne is a technology engineering and consulting company based in São Paulo, Brazil. We work with public and private healthcare institutions and on software and cloud engineering projects, always with professionals we select ourselves. We do this in three ways: inside a project led by the client, running a project with a defined scope and named owners, or operating a system already in production.

We work on two fronts. In Engineering, we build custom software, integrate systems, run cloud environments, bring data together on dashboards and put AI and agents into production. In Hospital systems, we provide consulting on hospital management systems for public and private healthcare, with the MV platform as our specialty: we are a formal MV partner.

Both fronts rest on the same capability: recruiting, certifying and placing professionals. We select each consultant for the clinical or technical background the project calls for, follow the official MV certification of those working on hospital systems, and stay alongside the professional for the whole engagement.

How we work

Every piece of work at MSAOne goes through the same three phases, whether it is an engineering project or a hospital system implementation. What changes between the two fronts is the delivery model.

    Diagnosis

    We start by understanding the context: what needs to change, which systems and people are involved, what the risks are and what has to be in place before starting. It is the entry point for any work with MSAOne, and it is where scope, timeline and delivery model come from.

  2. 2

    Execution

    We execute in the model agreed during diagnosis, with named owners on both sides and defined completion criteria. Whoever designed the work follows its execution, and progress is reported at the agreed cadence.

  3. 3

    Sustainment

    After go-live, we keep operating and evolving what was delivered: fixes, improvements, ticket handling and tracking of the agreed indicators.

Márcio Andrade

Chief Executive Officer

With 20 years of work on the MV platform, he has taken part in hospital management system implementations at more than 20 healthcare institutions, including large, university and public hospitals, covering the clinical, care, materials and logistics, diagnostics and therapy, and patient service modules. Holding bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and in Law, he combines knowledge of hospital operations with management and institutional relations. He founded MSAOne to bring that knowledge to implementation projects as an MV delivery partner, connecting healthcare institutions with the consultants each project calls for.

Cristiana Bastos

Chief Commercial Officer

A physiotherapist with an MBA in Hospital Management and more than 24 years in healthcare, she led clinical teams, coordinated audits and was responsible for care quality in inpatient units over almost two decades at Hospital São Rafael. At MSAOne, she heads the commercial area across both fronts: consultant placement in hospital systems, the relationship with existing partnerships and new business in engineering.

Mariônio Andrade

Chief Financial Officer

With more than 50 years in corporate management, he built his career in logistics and transport, serving for many years as superintendent at companies responsible for ship unloading and overland cargo dispatch, integrating the maritime and land chains in large-scale operations. He founded and was the main partner of Transmundial Transportes, a company in the same field. He chaired SETCONTAINER, sat on the boards of SETCEB and FETRABASE and served as an arbitrator at the Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of the Bahia Commercial Association. At MSAOne, he heads financial management with the experience of someone who built and ran companies over five decades.

Rafael Andrade

Chief Technology and Innovation Officer

With 25 years in technology, he works on cloud architecture, platform engineering and operations, with time spent in large-scale corporate environments and in startups, in Brazil and abroad. In recent years, focused on AWS and Kubernetes, he has run governance, security and infrastructure modernization projects for organizations in finance, healthcare and aviation. At MSAOne, he heads the Engineering front: cloud architecture, platform, operations, and applications and agents built on AI models.

Silvia Oyama

Chief Human Resources Officer

With more than two decades in healthcare, she specializes in recruiting clinical professionals for hospital technology projects. A nurse with a PhD from the University of São Paulo, she has built over her career a network of contacts at large, teaching and private hospitals, with a strong presence in Southeast Brazil. At MSAOne, she heads the recruitment and selection of the consultants placed on hospital system implementation projects, identifying professionals with the right clinical background and following the official MV certification of each one.
