Who handles your data

The data controller is MSA Gestão em Tecnologia da Informação Ltda, Brazilian company registry (CNPJ) 23.467.354/0001-46, headquartered at Av. Paulista, 1636 - Suite 03, Bela Vista, 01310-200, São Paulo - SP, Brazil.

What we collect and why

We collect only what you type into the two forms on the website. We ask for nothing beyond that.

Contact form

name, e-mail and message; company or institution, if you choose to tell us. To reply to your message.

Work with us form

name, e-mail, LinkedIn or résumé link, profile and, if you wish, a message. To assess your profile for MSAOne projects and talk to you about them.

If you write directly to contato@msaone.com.br, we handle the data in your message the same way.

We do not use this data for marketing, do not combine it with other sources and do not sell or hand it over to third parties.

Who we share it with

Three providers run the website and e-mail infrastructure and therefore process the data on our behalf, under our instructions:

• Cloudflare Pages hosts the website.
• Web3Forms receives what you send through the forms and forwards it to our mailbox.
• Google Workspace hosts the mailbox where the messages arrive.

These providers may process the data on servers outside Brazil. Beyond them, we do not share your data with anyone, except under a legal obligation or an order from a competent authority.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for 24 months from the last contact between you and MSAOne. At the end of that period we delete the messages and profiles received, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not use cookies, has no audience measurement tools and does not track your browsing. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

Under the LGPD you can, at any time and free of charge:

• confirm whether we handle your data and access it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or handled in breach of the law;
• request the portability of your data to another provider;
• know who we share your data with;
• withdraw consent you have given and request the deletion of the data handled on that basis;
• file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
