Implementation
A hospital management system in production on the agreed date, with modules configured for the institution’s routine and teams prepared to operate it.
What we do
- Planning and mobilization
We define with the institution the schedule, the workstreams and the owners on each side, and mobilize consultants in the numbers and profiles the project calls for, with no new hiring process.
- Module configuration
We configure the clinical, patient services, supplies and billing modules according to the institution’s actual workflows, not the default setup.
- Electronic records
We structure the patient record and the other electronic documents with the traceability and compliance the institution needs to demonstrate in an audit.
- Training and go-live
We train teams by usage profile, follow the go-live on site and remain at the institution throughout the stabilization period.
Where we usually come in
- The go-live has a fixed date and the team is incomplete
The schedule was committed to the board, the workstreams are defined and there are not enough consultants with module experience to meet the deadline.
- The institution is moving to the MV platform without interrupting care
The previous system stays in use while the new one is configured, and the transition has to happen without stopping urgent care, admissions or billing.
- A new unit goes live with the system already used across the network
The network already runs the platform and needs to replicate the configuration and train the new unit’s teams without pulling consultants from the others.
