Three municipal health fronts in operation on the MV platform, with 44 consultants placed

The Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte, the city government of Belo Horizonte, runs the largest public operation in the country on the MV platform, on three simultaneous fronts: Public Health, Regulation and Hospital Management. The operation covers the GRSSSP, GRSSUL, GRSSNE and UNIPBH regional offices.

The three fronts move forward at the same time, each with its own modules, units and schedule.

Keeping three fronts moving forward at the same time calls for MV-certified consultants in numbers and at a pace no institution assembles on its own. Mobilization has to follow the schedule of each front, configuration has to stay aligned across them, and care at the units cannot stop during the implementation.

Continuity also has to hold: a consultant who leaves mid-project costs configuration rework and delays the go-live.

We select and certify the consultants and distribute them across the three fronts and the four regional offices, according to the schedule of each project. They work inside the operation run by the Prefeitura on the MV platform.
